MUSIC FOR THE RITE OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL

Music plays a very important role in setting a prayerful tone to the funeral liturgy expressing the foundational love and risen presence of the Lord Jesus Christ at your loved one’s funeral.

If you would like to speak with someone regarding the music for your funeral, please contact the parish secretary as soon as possible at 715-352-3011.

Church Expenses
Ordinarily all the church expenses associated with the funeral liturgy (including church offering, and the fees for the organist and the cantor) are taken care of by the funeral director prior to the funeral mass. The family would make payment to the funeral director, who in turn, pays the parish. The church then distributes the appropriate offerings to the individuals involved.

Funeral Luncheons
Please know that our Parish Hall is usually available for luncheons after the funeral. The family is expected to arrange a catering service for the luncheon. The parish secretary will arrange for a PCCW ladies group to help with serving and hosting the luncheon. Please contact the parish secretary as soon as possible if you are interested in this. 715-352-3011.
