Enrollment and Tuition
The current year registration form (redirects to the online registration form) needs to be completed prior to enrolling your child(ren) in St. John the Baptist School. A PDF copy of the 2020-2021 registration form can be found here.
Tuition Rates are listed below, which includes the $100.00 per student non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee:
- $900.00 per Kindergarten through 8th Grade student
- $450.00 per Preschool student
Multiple Student Discounts are given to the third, fourth, fifth, etc. in a family. The discount is equivalent to half of that child’s tuition rate for the year.
- If the third, fourth, or fifth child will be in Preschool, their tuition discount would be $225.00 (1/2 of $450.00).
- If the third, fourth, or fifth child will be in Kindergarten – Grade 8, their tuition discount would be $450.00 (1/2 of $900.00)
Tuition assistance is available through the St. John the Baptist School Student Tuition Assistance Scholarship. Complete the application and turn in to the School Office. Contact the Principal in the School Office (715-352-3000) for more information.
Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)
The application window for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) is open through Thursday, April 16, 2020. All applicants, regardless of their Choice status in the previous year must reapply for the program every year.
As a School, we are are allowed to assist parents during the application process by helping answer questions and allowing you to use computers on site. We are NOT allowed to submit applications on behalf of parents.
The online parent application may be slow in early February. If you receive an error during that time, try again the next business day.

2019-2020 Parent-Student Handbook
The last two pages of the handbook – the Universal Field Trip Permission Slip and the Signature page – need to be completed and turned in to the School Office. Families should keep the handbook as a reference throughout the year.

As outlined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, this policy is our school’s guideline establishing an environment to promote the health, well being, and ability to learn of our students.

Please complete one registration form per family per Care Program attending. If you anticipate using both Before School Care and After School Care, please complete each registration form. Return completed forms to the School Office.

Free & Reduced Price Application
All families are encouraged to complete a Free & Reduced Price application. Return forms to the School Office upon completion. Families will be notified as to the benefit they are awarded after the application has been reviewed.
Per Diocese of La Crosse policy, those that wish to volunteer around minor children must complete the Safe Environment Training prior to doing so. Contact Nancy Hackel at the Parish Office (715-352-3011) to complete this process.
