Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year

Please follow the above link to enroll your child(ren) in St. John the Baptist School.  The 2019-2020 tuition rates are listed below, which includes the $100.00 per student non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee:

  • $900.00 per Kindergarten through 8th Grade student
  • $450.00 per Preschool student

Multiple Student Discounts

For the third, fourth, fifth, etc. child, the family shall receive a tuition discount equivalent to half of their tuition rate for the year.

  • If your third, fourth, or fifth child will be in Preschool, their tuition discount would be $225.00 (1/2 of $450.00).
  • If your third, fourth, or fifth child will be in Kindergarten – Grade 8, their tuition discount would be $450.00 (1/2 of $900.00)

Extended Care Registration

Please complete one registration form per family per Care Program attending.  If you anticipate using both Before School Care and After School Care, please complete each registration form.  Return completed forms to the School Office.

 

Safe Environment

Per Diocese of La Crosse policy, those that wish to volunteer around minor children must complete the Safe Environment Training prior to doing so.  Contact Nancy Hackel at the Parish Office (715-352-3011) to complete this process.

 

School Bus Pass

This form is used whenever a student will be riding the bus when they usually do not, or if they are riding a different bus than normal.  A signed note is needed from the student’s parent/guardian before issuing a school bus pass.  Once completed by either the Principal or Secretary, it will be given to the student to give to the appropriate bus driver.
